We met up with another couple from Surrey who were told this was a place for a luxurious honeymoon--It was awful---Spoilt by Russian tourists wandering about the bar areas being rowdy, without shirts on , even at night--The beach rooms were basic, the welcome was non-existant unlike places like Kuramathi.
The 2nd week we spent in one of the water villas and it was idyllic and the beach beds/ service etc was really good--Wonderful breakfastws as well
Only go to Meedhupparu if you are going to stay at the Water Villas
